ONION STUFFED WITH CHICKEN BAKED WITH CHESTNUTS

Orkide Joy of the Table Bucket Margarine

INGREDIENTS Ingredients

1 whole chicken
200g of whole candied chestnuts
1 onion (sliced into strips)
10g of whole black pepper
A dash of rosemary
A pinch of curry
Salt

RECIPE Recipe

Coat a whole chicken in salt and fine ground black pepper and curry.

Mix the strips of onion and chestnut in a bowl. Stuff the mix into the chicken and coat it in Orkide Joy of the Table Bucket Margarine. Bake for about an hour in a pre-heated oven.
